Fanglei Li has joined Swift since July 2022 after twenty years of working in prime central London.Before Swift Fanglei has been a head of property investment company as senior lettings and sales consultant for China market for more than 5 years, Fanglei will work with the London team as international desk manager and has long-term plans to operate in the New built property market.Swift team will provide Fanglei with back office, IT, marketing, admin, compliance and support to operate as an agent. Qing Lyu joined Swift in Oct 2023. She has graduated from University of Greenwich UK with two master''s degrees, both degrees were related to Business and marketing which are international business and strategic marketing. Qing Lyu has also more than 4 years of experience in an international trading company in Thailand with the position of Senior Business development executive for China and Thailand market. She can communicate fluently in Thai and Mandarin. Qing Lyu will work closely with the Swift team to prepare and develop marketing strategies, assist in developing digital and social media contents as well as organise marketing events with real estate companies both in UK and China.
